About the school
Fontainebleau Associations   Écoles d’Art Américaines Château du Fontainebleau France
Founded to introduce talented American students to the best traditions in French Music and Fine Arts, the Fontainebleau Schools have hosted more than 10,000 students from around the world at the Château de Fontainebleau during the summer sessions since their establishment in 1921. The Fontainebleau Schools are organized as a Foundation, recognized since 1926 as a public service corporation. They are affiliated with Fontainebleau Associations, an American tax exempt 501(c)(3) charitable foundation.
